c51c69f980 ger userinfo and delete comment 
1. add api GET `/api/user` to get user info
2. fix pagination bug in comment
3. hide phone number for specific username
4. add get latest comment GET `/api/comment?resource_id=-1`
5. add delete comment DELETE `/api/comment`
6. update doc
7. data migration for comment and user, change `date` to standard format
